Charles is the Core Bioinformatics Manager at The Gurdon Institute, University of Cambridge. His group provides computational support for any area of modern biology, from sequence similarity searches to analysing genome-wide screening and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data, providing the closest possible collaborations as well as developing new tools and techniques based on novel discoveries.
Charles is collaborating with the Autism Research Centre on the IMAGE (Investigating autism using genetics and epigenetics) Study, funded by the Templeton World Charity Foundation.
