Lisanne Van Dongen

Currently I am doing my Master’s research internship at the Autism Research Centre. My research is on Facial Emotion Recognition (FER) and emotion processing in children, adolescents and adults with ASC. I am testing the feasibility of this newly created, emotionally expressive avatar called Xpressive Talk. We are using an online emotion recognition task to do this. Hopefully we are able to eventually create an intervention with this avatar, to help people with ASC recognize and process emotions more easy.
