Yumnah Khan
PhD Student
Yumnah is a PhD student supervised by Prof. Simon Baron-Cohen and Dr Carrie Allison. Yumnah’s research focuses on investigating sex differences in newborn brain structure and cognition, along with how these early sex differences shape future developmental outcomes. Her PhD is funded jointly by the Cambridge Trust and Trinity College, Cambridge. Before starting her PhD, Yumnah completed a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of East Anglia. She has also previously worked as a research assistant as part of the AIMS-2-TRIALS group in Cambridge.
